Once you are happy with your planner and everything is aligned to your budget and objectives, the next step is to either Save, Book or Save & Send the placements in your draft plan.
- Save - This is to save the placement(s) in the Draft Plan only.
- Save & Send - Save and send the placement(s) without signing off.
- Book - Confirm placement(s) in the Draft Plan, then Book placement(s) again to officially sign off.
When selecting Book for the second time in the Draft Plan, you will be taken to the Sign Off confirmation window as seen per below. You will also have the option to write a short message to the Publisher.
Once signed-off you will notice that the status of the cost item will change to 'Pending' in the Draft Plan.
The Publisher will receive a notification requesting them to log-in and review the plan for further changes or approval.
