You can use the Message tool to message publishers, send attachments and/or see timestamped communications and optimizations. To access, click into your desired campaign from within the "Campaigns" tab of the top navigation. Once inside a campaign, click on the Message tab within the campaign navigation bar.
Using the list menu in the top left, you can select which publisher you wish to message or whose messages you wish to view. Note that only publishers who have been briefed or signed off on can be messaged via the Inbox.
In this list, you will also find the Internal Inbox, use the Internal Inbox to communicate with your team. These messages will not be seen by the publisher.
To send a message, simply type your message in the message box and choose Send. You can also send attachments by selecting Attached file icon as soon below.
Quick Tips
- If a publisher sends you a message, you will receive an email notification with details of the message. Click on View Details to be redirected to the Adslot platform to reply.
- The Inbox tab keeps a timestamped record of all your communications with the publisher, providing an easy audit trail for you and your team.
- Messages show the name and initials of the specific user from both your account and the publisher account who sent the message. Some publishers may use a generic alias to send messages but will usually sign the messages with the name of the employee who sent them.
- All campaign plans, revisions, or versions are also saved in the Inbox tab. You can see an audit trail of when a plan was submitted, changed, or signed off in the Inbox and you can view the details for each version by selecting Expand.
- The Inbox can also be used to get further detail on the publisher’s products, sites, audiences, compliances with campaign requirements, etc.
