Create or select the campaign for which you wish to brief publishers in the “Campaigns” tab on the top navigation bar.
Once inside the campaign, navigate to the “Summary” tab and select “Add Publishers” in the Request For Proposals tile.
This will open the marketplace and allow you to select the publisher you would like to brief.
Once you have selected the publisher(s) that you would like to brief, you will have 4 options on the right of your screen: Add to Favourites (the ribbon icon), Share This Publisher (the share icon), and Add to Plan or Message Publisher. Add to plan will add this Publisher to your campaign dashboard and will be available for briefing.
To submit a brief to the publisher(s), navigate back to the Summary tab and click on the Send Briefs button on the Request For Proposals tile.
You will be sent to the 'Review & Send' page where you can leave a comment for the publisher(s) along with any additional details, deadlines, or specific messages to each publisher.
If you wish to send the brief to a specific publisher team member, you can search for them in the "search contact" field. A list of current contacts will be shown when you hover over that "search contacts" box.
If you wish to send a document, you can do so by clicking on the paperclip icon in the bottom right corner of the message box.
If you have a generic message you wish to copy to all publishers, select “Copy to All” and submit your message.
