If you have a campaign that requires a specific set of pre-defined geographical locations and you wish to apply these as a default for all placements you add to your planner or media schedule, then we would suggest using this function in your campaign dashboard.
To do this, you will need to create your campaign first. Then from the campaign dashboard navigate towards the bottom of the page where you will see the 'audience' section. There you will find grayed out the geography module. Simply click on the plus symbol.
From the pop-up box you will see a folder marked Geography, simply click on the folder and you will see available publisher first-party geographic targeting options to select from.
Click on the '+' button to add your selected items to the list. Once you are happy with your selection, click the save button to return to the dashboard.
If you see an orange error message in the targeting field, this is to alert you that your desired geo-target is not available for this placement.
