Adslot's Audience Finder allows buyers the ability to plan, forecast, and activate their 1st-party data with upper-funnel executions across premium publishers. This report is used in the planning phase to see which publishers have the highest overlap with your preferred audience(s) and to ensure that your desired publishers have enough matched inventory within your campaign flight to deliver in full.
How to run a report:
-
The Audience Finder shows monthly impressions, uniques, affinity, frequency, and more against a specific audience or geo segment at a publisher level.
-
To use the Audience Finder, go to the “Audiences” tab in the top navigation.
-
Select “Launch Finder” and choose your targeting segment by navigating the folders and selecting the folders to open targeting.
- Filter by Publisher, Site, Period, or Media Format, and then click "Find Audiences" in the top-right corner of the pop-up box.
-
The Audience Finder may take a few minutes to load. Once it is ready, you will see the following forecasted (by the publisher ad server) metrics for each publisher for the next month.
-
Uniques: individual visitors to the publisher’s sites over the 30-day report period.
-
Impressions: All impressions served across all the publisher’s sites, within the 30-day report period.
-
Adslot Totals: Total available inventory in the Adslot Marketplace within selected geography (no audience targeting).
-
Matched: Matching selected audiences and geographies.
-
Available: Available for booking.
-
Affinity: Percentage of matched segments from Adslot Total inventory. Affinity measures the degree of overlap between the Advertiser’s and Publisher’s respective audiences.
-
Frequency: Average impression per unique.
-
-
You can export your results by selecting the “Export” icon.
Quick Tips
-
Audiences in the Audience finder are deterministic, not inferred, as they are provided by the publishers' ad servers.
